Today, we may not have to go to bed wondering if we’ll be eaten by a saber-tooth tiger in the night, but, for some of us, getting a good night’s sleep remains elusive. Overwork, the nightly news, 24/7 smart phones, the kids’ report cards – you name it – most of us have something that keeps us awake nights.
I don’t know about you, but my mattress is critical to sleeping well, thus living well. Read on and you’ll see why I’m grateful I don’t have to share my bed with the whole family.
